I worked with A Quantum Leap Tutoring and Club Z Tutoring. These are tutoring agencies that did No Child Left Behind Tutoring. I did Math and Reading with Elementary School students. I simplify the Math so that the Students can understand the concepts that they are having trouble with. With reading I emphasize phonics. It is important that the students can decipher any words that they run into. Knowing Phonics helps the students be able to read and understand new words.
